I’m Devonn Brown, a former Professional Wide Receiver, now Certified Personal Trainer, Online Fitness Coach & Lifelong Athlete who has the knowledge and experience to not only make you better physically but mentally as well. I was born in Long Beach, CA, raised in Corona, CA and now reside in Houston, TX. I’ve been a standout athlete my entire life from baseball, track & field, basketball, and football which Ive succeeded the furthest.
I started my collegiate career playing football at Riverside City College in 2012 where I was First Team all state. I received a Division 1 Football Scholarship to Fresno State in 2012-2014, and then transferred to Lamar University in 2014-15 and was Second team All Southland Conference. I was introduced to weight training and strength training by my coaches and built immense strength which contributed to my success in my collegiate career. I then graduated in 2016 with a bachelors in criminology.
After college, I continued on and kept pursuing my dream of playing professional football. I went on and played in the Canadian Football League and played with the British Columbia Lions in 2016 and Edmonton Eskimos in 2018. I also played arena football for two years with the Massachusetts Pirates in 2018-19, where I was First Team All Arena League. While playing as a top athlete, I developed great relationships and knowledge from the best trainers and Strength and Conditioning coaches.
After my playing career, I became an Athletic Trainer at Winner Circle Athletics/Academy for two years. Where I was training top high school, College and Professional Athletes. In March 2020, I pursed my passion, started my own business and began personal training clients.
My successful athletic background built my foundation for my success and passion as Certified Personal Trainer and Online Coach to men and women all over the world. My mission is to lead by example, motivate and inspire others to be the best version of themselves. My goal is to educate and help others whether it’s in muscle building, weight loss, sports performance, strength & conditioning, body movement, and/or nutrition. With my passion and dedication for health and wellness, I can help you execute all your fitness goals.
